The Mothman

Two years ago, some friends and I made a bunch of fake movie posters for our artbook (Gorilla Artbook). I decided to paint something I would actually love to turn into a film one day.
Made in Corel Painter with 'Loaded Palette Knife' and some touch-ups in Phososhop.

Another comp & colour excercise, using nothing but lasso tool and the airbrush. As previously mentioned, this method was shown to me by Min Yum, who has mastered it to perfection.

It really is a very fast way to visualise your images, without fighting the textures and edges.

And a woman's arse. Tried to paint it with as few strokes as possible and not get caught in rendering.
